Want to do the race but have a young child you can’t leave behind? Bring along a friend, a grandparent, or someone you trust to look after them during the race, and we’ll give them one free Build Your Own Supporter ticket or £16 off their Weekender ticket. Please email us in advance to organise.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

RTT tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event, you have the following options:
​

• No show: Do not attend and forfeit the ticket.
• Transfer ticket to friend/relative: Up to two weeks before the event, contact [email protected] ​to transfer your ticket to a friend or relative for that year’s event.
• Transfer ticket to another year: Up to two weeks before the event, contact [email protected] to request a transfer of your ticket to the following year.​

IMPORTANT: Transfers are NOT automatic. If you still wish to attend the next year, you will need to reach out to the organisers when the new tickets are launched. If possible, we can apply the value of your previous year's ticket to the current year. However, if ticket prices have increased, you will need to pay the difference to activate your ticket.
​

• For early bird tickets transfers, requests must be made before early bird tickets sell out. If early bird tickets have sold out, we can only transfer to a full-price ticket.
• If you purchased a ticket with a special discount, the discount will not apply to transfers for the following year and we will only be able to transfer to a full-price ticket.​ ​

​Please NOTE: RTT organisers retain the right to not offer ticket renewals for the following year, in which case no refunds for the original ticket will be provided.
